On 26th September, 2010,  Alex Med along with CEAlex organized together a Seminar “ Heritage in Danger” as part of Heritage Days at the Conference Center, Bibliotheca Alexandrina at 6.30 pm.

The “Heritage Days” event took place from 24th September to 28th September, 2010.  During these 5 days, different and various moments, meetings, exhibitions, etc. were
offered to the alexandrian public.  The Goal was to promote the History and the cosmopolitism of Alexandria through a series of five days events, like exhibitions and conferences.
The project aimed at giving access in various historic sites of the city, because there was no better way to understand that “To see”, “ to Touch and “ To experiment”.

Some of the sites that were visited are:

‐ Alexandria library
‐ Ancient college of Jesuit
‐ The Goethe institute
‐ French consulate, Italian, etc.
‐ The stadium
‐ College of liberty
‐ French center for culture and cooperation
‐ Russian cultural center
‐ Cavafis museum
‐ Montaza
‐ The zoo
‐ Marine museum
