Biography |

Mr. Tobias Wagner is a research associate and project manager within the Department of Building Climatology and Building Services at Technische Universität München (Technical University of Munich, TUM). The department is led by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Gerhard Hausladen. Mr. Wagner’s research focuses on energy efficient planning and building as well as on energy supply in the context of urban and rural development. A graduate of TUM himself, Mr. Wagner holds an engineering degree in architecture with emphasis on energy efficiency. In his postgraduate studies of “Environmental planning and Engineering Ecology” he focused on life sciences, renewable energies and climate change. As a founder member of ClimaDesign e.V, a non-profit association for the promotion of energetically optimized planning and building, Mr. Wagner contributes to internationally trend-setting developments in this area of research. An avid musician, he plays several instruments and enjoys musical theory.
