Registration fees include:

Attending all conference sessions;

• Conference materials;
• Coffee breaks;
• Visiting the BioFair@BioVisionAlexandria hosted by the Library;
• One free Library tour according to the scheduled tour hours.

N.B: Lunch is not included in the registration fees.

Buses fees

• A daily shuttle bus service from Cairo to Alexandria and back is avaliable per day.

N.B: Please be careful when you pay your registration fees as there will be no refund except in case of cancellation, according to the Registration Cancellation Policy mentioned below.

NOTICE THAT!!

• The first group of 150 participants to register and pay will receive a copy of the BioVisionAlexandria 2010 Proceedings: "New Life Sciences: Future Prospects", Colors of BioVisionAlexandria 2010 upon the presentation of the payment reciept.
• The second group of 150 participants who register and pay will receive a copy of BioVisionAlexandria 2010 Proceedings: "New Life Sciences: Future Prospects", upon the presentation of the payment reciept.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Kindly note that in case of cancelling your registration and/or  transportation fees, your fees will be refunded as follows:

Until the end of July 2011: Full refund (100%)
Until the end of October 2011: 75% of the paid registration fees
Until the end of December 2011: 50% of the paid registration fees
Starting January 2012: no refund will be reimbursed.
