The International Seminar on Education and Capacity Building in Museum Studies

This seminar will discuss different aspects of museums and museology shedding light on some of the latest developments in digital documentation and presentation of cultural heritage. It will also present the results of a three-year project during which a new postgraduate degree in Museum Studies was developed at Alexandria and Damanhur Universities. The seminar will also reflect on the future of Egyptian museums in the light of the creation and development of several new museums in Egypt
