The IPU and the UNDP, together with the Transitional National Assembly of Rwanda and the Forum of Rwandan Women Parliamentarians, organized the Seminar ‘Rwandan Women and the Electoral Campaign’ in Kigali, Rwanda, from 30-31 July 2003. The proceedings are presented in this report.

Making governance gender responsive online modules
