Provided Facilities:
- Communication facilities, such as: telephone lines, faxes, and Wi-Fi coverage, are available at the BACC.
- BA technicians are available for general technical problems (electricity, internet, etc.) in the exhibitions area.
- Photocopiers are available at the Registration Desks for the use of Conference participants .
- Setting up of exhibits, booth interiors and other properties must be completed by Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 11:00am.
- Exhibitors are responsible for their booths’ interior designs, and overall setting.
- Volunteers will be available to help exhibitors in setting up.
Booth Facilities:
Booths are made of wooden panels with various dimensions measured using the metric system as follows: (2,20 m width, 1,10 m depth, 2,00 m height)
Equipment provided by the BA:
- Tables: One table is available for each booth, 80 cm width, 120 cm length.
- Chairs: one chair is available for each booth upon request.
- Power supply: 22 V/ 5 HZ, electrical outlets are available (one power socket, as shown, is available for each booth) extra ones can be installed upon request.
- Booth Lighting: BACC is outfitted with the necessary light systems, but extra spots can be installed upon request, but acceptance of the request will depend on the BA exhibitions installation policy.

Promotional items (In kind contribution)
Participating organizations may reach all delegates directly through useful, interesting and amusing promotional items such as brochures, flyers, pens, mouse pads, laser pointers, etc.
Providing promotional items for distribution is a sure way to get your company or organizations name to all delegates.
The Conference Host reserves the right to refuse distribution of any item for any reason.
