It is a global initiative to provide managers of civil society organizations with ongoing training, capacity building, and professional development opportunities. The initiative supports and coordinates training programs, promotes the collaborative development and sharing of resources, and maintains accreditation and certification standards. This initiative aims to train about a million trainees from civil society leadership all over the world before 2015 in computer and management skills

Project Mission : Providing managers of civil society organizations with ongoing training to increase their management efficiency specially in decision making by providing these managers with management and computer skills by applying distance learning technology
Project Objective(s):
- Developing managers of civil society organizations in computer and management skills
- Developing programs and activities that are aimed to uplift the Employees in such organizations
- Provide all prospective associations with variety of support to increase their efficiency
- Increasing the managerial capability of NGOs managers
- Helping in managing NGOs more efficiency
- Improving the managerial skills for NGOs through studying related subjects such as communication skills, Project planning, and Selling and marketing
