Not all diabetic patients with the dyslipidemia develops coronary
atherosclerotic diseases. The phenotypic variations seen in clinical practice probably reflect interactions among variants of individual genes controlling lipid metabolism, metabolic derangement and lipoprotein modification. Genetic research developed very quickly recently and made lot of progress in the field. More and more are interested in exploring the relationship between diabetes and atherosclerosis. A little research development of several lipoprotein will be explained as follow. |
