The process of Needs Assessment starts at village level by the Health Workers at Sub-Center[SC] i.e. ANM and male MPW. In the beginning of a financial year these workers have to visit villages under their jurisdiction one by one and interview and interact with women in Reproductive age, children and male members of the household. Consultation with village leaders educated persons ,etc is also to be done to get a realistic assessment.
