We have the largest global network of people involved in prevention. We reach almost 80% of the world. It is a share-ware system, say information is needed about west Nile fever in New York City, this can be had in Cairo Egypt, or prevention of traffic accidents in Ghana, this can be had in France. We have particularly focused on collaboration with Islamic countries as there is so little information about health in Muslim countries.
