- If the LISTSERVER reply is of type B, the list to which you
requested subscription is configured to accept membership requests only
after approval by the list MODERATOR.
- On those cases, you must wait some days to the MODERADOR e-mail
message asking for more references about you and your interest. Usually this
process is followed to confirm you are a professional in the area of
interest for some health professional lists, and to prevent general public
from access to discussions (but in the real world PMAIL is a public
list and not related to health issues).
