The work has been develop as part of our WHO Collaborating Center at the Graduate School of Public Health, University of Pittsburgh. As the project grew, I became bored, as we already covered the world. I could not build yet another registry. Also, at this time I saw that one of the most critical problems of Global Health was communication. With out good communication there cannot be any effect Global health studies or in fact global health.
