During last year Project has made excellent progress in retiring risk

- this year have focused on retiring several key technologies by completing the steps necessary to demonstrate TRL-6

TRL 6 is  level of maturity NASA requires for Preliminary   Design review as we go into Phase C

- we have done this to retire tech (cost/schedule) risk 7 years before launch and give us confidence in design as we go forward

- spokesman for many different teams who have achieved wonders this year

- many of these development effort have been “overseen” by Peer Review Team known as the PIT
