A Moscow longitudinal survey on housing and economic characteristics, conducted annually by the Urban Institute between 1992 and 1995, indicated a growth in relative income inequality between Moscow residents: the largest increase in income (38%) occurred in the highest income group as opposed to only 8.7% in the lowest income group. |
