We insilled gfp-Pseudomonas in mouse’s lungs and harvested alveolar macrophages by lung lavage methods. We detected the phagocytosed bacteria like this from the mice which got bacteria with pcrV deletional mutation or preincubation with anti-PcrV antibody, but not from the mice infected with wild type P. aeruginosa.
