Most unfortunately, Haiti is spreading AIDS into the Bermudas, Dominican Republic, Guayana, Honduras and so on. Again, Haitians cannot be helped by rightminded people, because they are stealing what they can, even the Bush AIDS money. Dominicans say that the Haitians—the new lepers—have a drug-traffic based economy. Still, they do have French language friends in Quebec, France and even the Ivory Coast that might help soften Haitian misery, and the Brazilians are willing to help them.
