Calendar or Standard Days Method starts with the first day of your period. This is called day 1. Day 1-7 = Intercourse is ok, low risk of conception.

Then on day 8-19 you should abstain from intercourse.  This method does not allow for women that are irregular or are having changes, so by using this method with the two other methods you will be more accurate in predicting ovulation.
