The grading scale assigns points for each clinical indicator in a weighted fashion. The one highest score associated with the observed indicator in each of the six processes and any of the “others” category is added to produce clinical grading scale sum. A conversion table (refer to table shown) permit determination of the likelihood of MH (16). |
