Then, he went back to talking about the leadership course; he introduced some of the instructors, course subjects, and the collaboration between the students. he also shed lights on what he gained from such experience; mainly creative thinking, networking and getting to know about a different culture. After that, we had an open discussion; where the attendees asked him about his future plans, how they can utilize such an activity in enhancing the collaboration between Arab countries and the possibility to convert the content of this course into a workshop to maximize the benefit.
Then, we had a presentation entitled “Keys to Success“ by Islam El Sayed, Hoda Aboul Magd, Dalia Tawfique and Ola Farid . The presentation was about believing in one’s self and being consistent on his/her dreams and how it would lead to success. The girls began introducing a project which aims at enhancing the blinds’ interaction with their environment, improving their skills, increase their self esteem and their parents’ awareness so that one day they could become one day scientists or researchers through using computers and feeding their eagerness for knowledge, thus, converting them into producers instead of just consumers. Then, Islam talked about the technical side of the project, the tools used in it and introduced his project aiming at improving a tool used to draw 3D pictures into a practical, less expensive one.
