This meeting we had two presentations. The first presentation was entitled “The 23rd of July Revolution” by Tarek Abbas, Shyamaa Saad and Mohamed ElSyoufi. The presentation tackled the reasons why the revolution was made, who were the members of the revolutionary command council and the principles of the revolution. The presenters shed light on the positive and negative results of that significant event.
The second presentation was about something that we use every day in our daily life, Oil. Ahmed El Gohari and Mohamed Shafik explained how oil is extracted from beneath earth. They explained the types of soils that could contains petrol as well as they types of drills and rigs and how the drilling process is done.
