Blogging against Climate Change

In the first day of the workshop , Dr. Said Mansour , Director of the National Report on Climate Change Project, explained how Climate Change is a Global Catastrophe and how climate change threatens Egyptian life. The second day was a blogging training sessions, youth learned how to create their own blogs and how to develop it and share with others in order to deliver their message..

• The last day was a field trip to areas affected by climate change in Kafr El cheik . Youth visited affected areas and examined how agricultural zones suffering from a high level of salinity due to climate change.
• Youth developed their own blogs and an award ceremony has been organized on the 20th of December 2010 . in this ceremony we celebrated the work of the participants and other bloggers on climate change. The three best bloggers (word, audio or video & animation) on climate change has been rewarded in the ceremony.
