Started in 2005, Shabablek is the first specialized youth-oriented magazine in Syria. Shabablek covers the Syrian youth hopes and interests. Shabablek morally and financially supports the youth through its supporting projects that concentrate on establishing scientific, artistic and literary youth forums. The magazine has gained the respect and interest of the Syrian youth, in addition to popularity since its birth.
