Randa Moussa holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Alexandria University and is currently studying an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in project management at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. She works as a Public Relations specialist in the Youth for Change project at Bibliotheca Alexandrina. Her professional interests focus on charity & voluntary work, homeless children, youth activities and civil work.
In addition, she is the founder and the director of the Rahma Kayan Foundation, an Egypt-based youth-led non-profit organization. Randa worked as a project manager on several youth projects that focused on developing youth skills, including leadership. She participated in many voluntary activities whether through awareness projects, work experience or different simulation models and civil society. She has been chosen to attend several international conferences, international exchange programs, study visits, and the UN summer School.
