The National Library of New Zealand Te Puna Mātauranga o Aotearoa has announced that beginning August 1, 2024, they are using the Official RDA Toolkit to describe print and digital monographs and are aiming to describe all formats using the Official RDA Toolkit by the end of this year. 

NLNZ also stated that this transition has required some changes to their MARC records.
