On June 28, 2018, the United States Senate ratified the Marrakesh Treaty to Facilitate Access to Published Works for Persons Who Are Blind, Visually Impaired, or Otherwise Print Disabled and passed the Marrakesh Treaty Implementation Act (S. 2559) by unanimous consent…
The Marrakesh Treaty currently has 39 contracting parties and entered into force on September 30, 2016, with Canada’s ratification.
