Today the Accessibility Guidelines Working Group (AG WG) published Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 as a W3C Proposed Recommendation. WCAG and supporting documents explain how to make content more accessible to people with disabilities. WCAG addresses accessibility of content on desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
