- The second group of 150 participants who register and pay will receive a copy of Colors of BioVisionAlexandria 2008 and Science Supercourse DVD upon presentation of receipt of payment.
- These offers do not apply to group registration.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Kindly note that in case of cancelling your registration, your fees will be refunded as follows:
Until end-July 2009: Full refund (100%)
Until end-October 2009: 75% of the paid registration fees
Until end-December 2009: 50% of the paid registration fees
Starting January 2010: no refund will be reimbursed.
