- Travel Services must be reserved by sending the enclosed hotel services form to Rhapsody Travel before 15 February 2016. After this date, services cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability.
- Any change in arrival or departure dates or type of travel services required should be immediately indicated in writing to Rhapsody Travel.
- Adjustments will be made according to the services requested and availability.
- Travel services include taxes and exclude bank fees for using online payment link.
- Any amendments or changes to arrival details will be permitted only once. Before April 1st, any cancellation or changes will be subject to cancellation fees.
Credit card information will only be used to guarantee your travel services. Our
online payment link will be sent to you once we receive your hotel reservation form via the fax number +(203) 4831371/ 81 or you could scan it and send it via e-mail address
samir@rhapsodygroup.net.
Once we receive your request, we will send you an online payment link to secure your accommodation request.
