Terms and Conditions
- Travel Services must be reserved by sending the enclosed transportation reservation form to Rhapsody Travel before 1 April 2016. After this date, services cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability.
- Any change in arrival or departure dates or type of travel services required should be immediately indicated in writing to Rhapsody Travel.
- Adjustments will be made according to the services requested and availability.
- Travel services include taxes and exclude bank fees for using online payment link.
- Any amendments or changes to arrival details will be permitted only once. After April 1st, any cancellation or changes will be subject to cancellation fees.
