Prof. Ahmed A. Zayed, the Director of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, revealed the details of the Award, stating that it is aimed at creators in various fields from around the world. The monetary value of the award is one million Egyptian pounds, along with a golden medal and a certificate of appreciation awarded to the winner in a theme that is determined annually.
