Meeting: From Craft to Design

Alexandria — The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is organizing a special event on jewelry, From Crafting to Design, on 31 May 2006. The event begins with screening a documentary, "Made in Egypt", followed by a discussion with its director Ateyyat El Abnoudy and the famous Egyptian jewelry designer Azza Fahmi. Azza Fahmi is an innovator, she has created a niche category of jewelry designing.
