Egyptian Armed Forces Heroes Visit the BA

On Tuesday, 4 August 2015, four heroes of the Egyptian Armed Forces visited the BA. They were injured in the deadly attacke on the Karm Al-Kwadis checkpoint in Sheikh Zuweid City, North Sinai. The visitors were received by Dr. Sherif Riad, Head of the BA External Relations Sector.
As a beacon of civilization and culture in Egypt and the world, the BA coordinates regular visits with the Armed Forces to emphasize the importance and strength of their cooperation and correlation.
The distinguished guests visited the Main Library reading area, the “Our Digital World” exhibition, the Internet Archive, the “Impressions of Alexandria” exhibition, the Manuscripts Museum, the Antiquities Museum, the Egyptian History Culturama, as well as culturamas of the late presidents Gamal Abdel Nasser and Anwar El-Sadat. They were also able to visit the Sadat Museum and attend one of the Planetarium Science Center shows.
