BA receives donation from the General Egyptian Book Organization

Alexandria — The Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA) has recently received a donation from The General Egyptian Book Organization. The donation comprises 500 books which cover a variety of subjects among which are historical books, novels, poetry, history of Arab literature, index of the Turkish publications in literature and science fields, geography of the Nile, Coptic and Islamic artifacts, and other subjects such as globalization, education, politics and capitalism.
Dr. Sohair Wastawy, Head of Libraries Sector at the BA, stated that this donation comes within a series of donation from other libraries and organization. She added that the donation of the General Egyptian Book Organization is unique and diverse and adds a value to the BA.
