Higher Education in Malaysia in a Seminar at the BA

Alexandria—the BA will organize on Monday, 20 August 2007, a seminar entitled "Higher Education in Malaysia", discussing several themes related to the status of education in Malaysia, the Malaysian experiment within the framework of the basic functions of higher education including teaching, research and development, community service, building Malaysian personalities, and attracting foreign students.
Malaysia is a developing country advanced in education and scientific research. National philosophy of education in Malaysia is based on developing the capacities of individuals in an integrated and comprehensive manner to build knowledgeable and competitive characters with high sense of responsibility.
The seminar will start at 10:00 hrs. at the BA Auditorium.
