Former Prime Minister of Norway Lectures about the Culture of Dialogue

Alexandria—The Institute of Peace Studies (IPS), hosted at the BA, organizes a lecture entitled “Towards a Culture of Dialogue”, given by Mr. Kjell Magne Bondevik, Former Prime Minister of Norway, on Tuesday, 9 February 2010. The Lecture deals with the importance of dialogue, especially in achieving peace.

Mr. Kjell Magne Bondevik is a Norwegian Lutheran Minister and Politician. He served as Prime Minister of Norway from 1997 to 2000, and from 2001 to 2005, making him Norway's longest serving non-Socialist Prime Minister since World War II. Currently, Bondevik is President of the Oslo Centre for Peace and Human Rights.

The Lecture starts at 6:00 pm at the BACC Delegates Hall.
