The closing ceremony of “Start Developing” project organized by Ibdaa’ (Start) Initiative, under the auspices of the BA Youth Activities Unit, was held on Tuesday, 12 April 2011 with the attendance of 1500 participants.

The event is the first project held by the initiative. It presented 4 phases: revolution, awareness, reform, and development. The project’s idea was based on a very simple equation set by the initiative’s members: revolution+ awareness+ reform+ development= a better Egypt. Ibdaa believes that the aspired comprehensive development could not be achieved on the long run without the development of individuals on the short run to enable everyone to change.

The closing ceremony started with an orientation on the initiative and the project. Amr Kattamesh, Winner of the TV Program Arabs Got Talents recited some of his poetry, and then Belal El-Sheikh gave a musical performance.
