Poverty is No Crime in a Play Reading

The Reference Services Unit is holding its monthly play reading in English on Wednesday, 15 June 2011. Participants will read Poverty is No Crime by Alexander Ostrovsky.


The play revolves around a marriage of convenience. Alexander Ostrovsky uses criterion of good-heartedness to judge his characters and prove the triumph of virtuous poverty in the end.


The session starts at 13:00 hrs. at the BA Arts and Multimedia Library. Participants should register their names at the General Information Desk at the Library entrance.
