Course on Research Methodology for the Study of Ancient Egyptian Writings and Inscriptions

The BA Writing and Scripts Center is organizing a course on research methodology for the study of ancient Egyptian writings and inscriptions on Wednesday and Thursday, 11 and 12 April 2018, at the BA Conference Center (BACC), VIP Meeting Room, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
It is worth mentioning that this course has been organized successfully by the Writing and Scripts Center for the third year in a row. It aims to introduce archaeologists and post-graduate studies students in the field of archaeology, inscriptions, and ancient Egyptian inscriptions to the scientific methodology of studying said topics. The lectures will be delivered by leading researchers in this field.
The seminar will discuss the techniques of writing and editing researches in the field of Egyptology. It also includes the definition of how to study and publish models of ancient Egyptian and hieratic texts, and the methodology of editing and preparing them for scientific publication.
Course fees: 200 L.E.
Priority will be given to early registration.
