A Seminar on the “The Future of Fine Art under Technological Developments” at the BA

The BA Multimedia Unit is organizing a seminar entitled "The Future of Fine Art under Technological Developments", on Sunday, 15 September 2024, at 12:00 pm, in the BACC Lecture Hall.
The seminar will be delivered by Prof. Hisham El-Maadawy, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, Damanhour University; Prof. Aliya Abdel Hadi, Professor Emerita of Interior Architecture at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University; Prof. Hassan Al-Fadawy, Professor Emeritus at the Décor Department, Faculty of Fine Arts, Alexandria University; and Dr. Amr El-Demerdash, Faculty Member at the Faculty of Applied Arts, Damanhour University.
The seminar addresses several topics, including the ethics of innovation and creativity under technological developments, as well as the positive and negative impacts of using technological applications in visual arts and sculpture.
A mini-exhibition of artworks using technological applications will be held on the sidelines of the seminar. The artworks are the product of students of the Faculty of Specific Education, Damanhour University.
