The Specialized Diploma, Master’s and PhD programs are the result of a collaboration between ACHS, the Vardinoyannis Foundation, and Alexandria University.
The courses are taught in English.
The ACHS, in cooperation with the Vardinoyannis Foundation, provides a grant of 75% of the tuition fees to applicants (terms apply).
Admission for the Master’s Degree requires a BA in Classics, Archaeology, or equivalent degrees from an accredited university in Egypt. Those with the aforementioned BAs may apply directly for a Master’s degree. Non-specialized graduates must enroll in a one-year specialized diploma.
Admission for PhD in Hellenistic studies requires a Master's degree in Hellenistic studies or in a specialization from one of the universities recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities.
The Center focuses on the golden age of Alexandrian history, namely, from its establishment until the end of the Ptolemaic Period.
