Biography

 Emad Abou Ghazi is an Egyptian historian and archivist, Former minister of culture, Professor at the Department of Libraries, Archives and Information Science, Faculty of Arts, Cairo University. He is Secretary General of the Supreme Counsel of Culture (November 2009–March 2011), Supervisor of the Culture Committees in the Counsel since May 1999, and member in some of the Egyptian NGOs. Since 1974, he has published numerous researches, articles and books.
