Manager of the department of the Dialogue among Civilizations, the League of Arab States
Biography:
Ms. El-Toulouny is a graduate of the American University in Cairo where she majored in Political Science. During her years of college she had the chance to participate in an exchange program in Grand Rapid State College as well as to travel intensively for courses in China and as parts of the world. In 2000 she received her Master degree from the same university her thesis topic was “National Identity in the Central Asia in Post Soviet era.” Between 1980 and 1990 she joined the family business working with different international co operations namely Rockwell Int. U.S.A. As of 1993 she has been working for the League of Arab States: first in the department of cooperation with Africa, then the department of North America, and finally in 2008 she became manager of the department of the Dialogue among Civilizations. Her hobbies are: alternative healing, reading and writing with special love to art and architecture and finally travel, she is a mother of one daughter: Nour.
