Biography:

Mr. Hussein has been working at Nahdet El Mahrousa since July 2008. He started as the program coordinator of the young innovators' awards program and has been promoted to the position of the program manager of he NM Yahoo! Maktoob Partnership for Social Entrepreneurship. Before joining Nahdet El Mahrousa, Ahmed worked as an English instructor at the Universidad del norte, in baranquilla, Colombia. Mr. Hussein earned his B.A in political science from the American university In Cairo (AUC) in the spring of 2007. While studying at AUC, Ahmed was a member of AIESEC Egypt, an international student run organization, for 4 years, starting of as a member in AIESEC AUC escalating in the organization until he was elected as the national director for external relations for AIESEC Egypt in 2006. Following his graduation, Mr. Hussein interned as a program Officer at the Institute of International Education in Egypt (IIE), supporting the launch of the Discovery Student Leadership Program.
