Proposal Writing for International Research Projects in a Workshop at the BA

The Center for Special Studies and Program (CSSP), organizes in cooperation with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the University of Bonn, the University of Kassel and the Free University of Berlin a workshop during the period from 10-14 November 2007, entitled "Proposal Writing for International Research Projects".
The Workshop will consist of two parts. The first part is aimed at training scholars interested in international research cooperation on proposal writing.
After the first part, participants will be required to write a concrete research proposal including a funding concept and work plan. Then these proposals will be assessed before the second part begins. Participants will be invited for the second part if their proposal were successfully assessed by the expert team. The fine tuning of the research proposals will take place during the second part of the course held at the BA in April, 2008.
