The PSC is inviting all school students of ages 4-16 years to join the Summer Program, starting from the 28th of June till the 9th of September 2021.

The program includes various activities, such as practical experiments, scientific contests. The purpose of this program is to emphasize the bond between students and learning by approaching knowledge through fun and games.
Online registration will open on the following link http://www.bibalex.org/psc/summerprogram, on Sunday, 20th of June 2021, 9.00 am,  till all places are reserved. (Limited number is available due to COVID-19 circumstances).

Required Documents:

A recent photograph of the participant.
A copy of the electronic birth certificate.

Registration fee should be paid on the same day of registration, from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, at the Information Desk, at the entrance to the ALEXploratorium, at the Planetarium Science Center, at the BA.
Places are limited, and reservation will be made with the priority of registering.

Science R us Program:
The physical sciences involve the study of the physical world. These sciences include chemistry, physics, and astronomy. Sometimes the Earth sciences are included in physical sciences since they are part of the physical world. The participants will learn a general concept of the properties of certain materials, discover that these properties can be observed, measured, and predicted.

All About Energy Program:
Energy is "the ability to do work". Energy is how things change and move. It's everywhere around us and takes all sorts of forms. It takes energy to cook food, to drive to school, and to jump in the air.

Secrets of your body Program:
All About the Human Body, we will take a ride through the human body where you can visit the right and left sides of the brain, blood system, follow food and water through the digestive tract, and more!

The vision Program:
The special sense by which the qualities of an object (such as color, luminosity, shape, and size) constituting its appearance are perceived through a process in which light rays entering the eye are transformed by the retina into electrical signals that are transmitted to the brain via the optic nerve in this program our students will learn interesting facts about lenses physics ,eye anatomy, vision test process and visual defects they will enjoy our hands-on activities and other learning activities.

Robotics Program:

WEDO 2.0: Creatures around us
In that program, students will learn the basic concepts of design and programming by using Lego WEDO 2.0 education kit. Through Workshops, they will design different creatures and make it moving by motors and senses by different sensors. Students will learn different information about each creature.  

WEDO: our happy days
In that program, students will learn the basic concepts of design and programming by using Lego WEDO 2.0 education kit. Through Workshops, they will design different Machines related to different official holidays in Egypt and make it moving by motors and senses by different sensors. Students will learn different vacations in our lives and what we do traditional on that event. 

Arduino Beginners: your gate to Arduino
In that program, students will learn the basic concepts of design and programming by using Arduino Uno. Through Workshops, they will design electronics circuits then programming it. Students will learn how to deal with different electronics components and control it by microcontroller to make their own mini project. Aim from that program teach students how to create smart circuits to make their daily life much easier.

Ev3 Design: I am a robot
In that program, students will learn the basic concepts of design and programming by using Lego EV3 Mind storm education kit. Through Workshops, they will design specific robot and make it moving by motors and senses by different sensors. Students will learn how to make different mechanisms to make specific missions to help human.

In that program, students will learn the basic concepts of design and programming by using Lego EV3 Mind storm education kit. Through Workshops, they will design specific robot and make it moving by motors and senses by different sensors. Students will learn how to make different mechanisms to make specific missions to help human.
