Once again, El-Tahrir Square was crowded with all sorts of people. But this time it was different. On Thursday 21st of April 2011, The “ Science Age Society “ organized a huge exhibition in El Tahrir square for all institutions building, the Egyptian youth capacities, and the PSC is one of them.
This initiative was named “Let’s build Egypt” and it welcomed participants from all Egypt representing schools, universities, and non-for-profit organizations. It has also included a display for young innovators to show their inventions to the public in an informal manner. The PSC, being a leading informal education center participated in this event, by displaying its various activities and programs for youth, with the aim of raising the public awareness of the PSC role in building the Egyptian knowledge society. Moreover, the PSC diverse activities emphasize the importance of science and technology to build a better Egypt. The event was visited by thousands of people from different backgrounds and ages, and was highly covered by the media.
