Throughout history, Mars, or the Red Planet, has fascinated, and intrigued mankind. It is a small rocky world, very closely similar to Earth, in many respects, such as; surface terrain and weather phenomena. In the Space Era, Mars became the most interesting planet for space missions.
This Astronomy Night is an intriguing exploration of Mars, through a big collection of spectacular images acquired by spacecraft, and presents interesting information about Mars in mythology and science fiction.

1. Lecture titled “Mars: A Small Fascinating World”, conducted by Mr. Aymen Ibrahem, PSC, Senior Astronomy Specialist.
2. Live show, presented by Dr. Omar Fikry.
3. Astronomy contest with prizes.
4. Observing session at the BA Plaza.
