Abstract:
The Dutch Centre for Research on Multinational Corporations (SOMO) studied the role of pharmaceutical companies in Global Public Private Partnerships (GPPPs), including the Global Alliance to Eliminate Lymphatic Filariasis and the Global Polio Eradication Initiative. In this booklet, Wemos outlines these findings: first, by placing them in a wider context by examining several trends in the industry related to corporate social responsibility, and then by focusing on individual companies.
