Abstract:
This information sheet discusses the process “Singing a new policy tune” which was carried out within the framework of the Development Policy Review Network (DPRN). The International Institute of Social Studies (ISS), MDF-Training & Consultancy and Vice Versa initiated this one-year process in close cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to explore a theory of development through a series of debates.
