The challenge for EPHT is to “funnel” , in very simplistic terms, literally thousands, even millions of data sets and data elements related to hazards, exposures, and health outcomes to be accessible on the Tracking Network. Exposures can be linked to health outcomes and the relationships examined within public health departments. Tracking network activities will then direct further research and interventions as needed.
